Seasonal Mindfulness for a Connected and Courageous Life.
At East & West of the River Wellness, we guide people into a deeper relationship with themselves, each other, and the living Earth.
Through seasonal mindfulness, embodied ritual, and earth-honoring practices, we create spaces for rest, renewal, and courageous living. Our programs welcome both the curious beginner and the seasoned soul seeker — offering tools to restore balance, awaken purpose, and weave belonging in the web of life.
Aligning with the rhythms of the natural world, personal well-being is nurtured while contributing to the collective flourishing of our communities and our planet.

Land & Justice Acknowledgment
I live and work on the ancestral homeland of the Nipmuc people, whose territory—Nippenet, “the freshwater pond place”—includes what is now called Hampton, Connecticut. I honor the Nipmuc past, present, and future, and their enduring relationship with this land.
As a white person who has benefited from my ancestors’ wrongdoings and from ongoing systems of oppression, I commit to tangible acts of repair. This includes providing monthly financial support to the Nipmuc people and advocating for respect, reciprocity, and justice. In honoring Indigenous sovereignty and cultural traditions, I follow the guidance to walk in my own ancestral lineage rooted in ancient England, Scotland, and Ireland as part of my commitment to living in right relationship with the Earth and its people.
