Mindfulness: Foundations for Living Well

Come home to the present moment

What we need is already within us, waiting to be birthed from us
— Joseph Campbell

In the quiet space between breath and thought, you can find your ground, meet life with steadiness, and remember who you are.

Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention — on purpose, in the present moment, and without judgment.
Grounded in the evidence-based principles of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), this course helps rewire the brain’s patterns through neuroplasticity, supporting a shift from reactivity to response, from autopilot to awareness.

Whether you are navigating stress, seeking emotional balance, or wanting to strengthen relationships, mindfulness offers a way to meet life with clarity, compassion, and resilience. Through guided practices, discussion, and simple at-home exercises, you’ll learn how to:

  • Reduce harmful stress and cultivate inner calm

  • Improve emotional regulation and relational well-being

  • Increase focus, attention, and cognitive flexibility

  • Create space for greater presence and meaning in daily life
