Join us for a nourishing day of mindfulness, nature connection, reflection, creativity, and community as we gather on Summer Solstice.

Together we will slow down beneath the trees, walk woodland paths, create flower crowns, share seasonal nourishment, engage in gentle mindful practices, and close the day with a quiet fire ceremony.

This retreat is intentionally small and intimate to preserve the restorative quality of the experience.
