In a world that often pulls us in every direction, this retreat offers a full day to pause, reconnect, and remember what truly matters. Designed as a nourishing extension of the Mindful Summer series—but open to all—it invites you to root deeply in presence, creativity, and community.
We’ll begin the day in silence, allowing space for stillness, embodied awareness, and quiet reflection in nature. Through guided meditation, mindful movement, and simple rituals, you’ll be invited back to your inner ground.
As the day unfolds, we’ll shift into creativity and connection. With guidance from two gifted co-facilitators, we’ll explore what it means to care for ourselves and the world—and how our inner clarity can ripple into meaningful action. Early Bird Special Ends 6/14/25
