Program Overview
A 5-week lunar journey into rest, soul memory & the return of light
In a world that celebrates productivity and constant motion, Winter invites something far more ancient:
Slow down. Rest. Listen. Remember.
In nature, nothing blooms year-round. Underground, within the roots and seeds, life restores itself in the dark. Winter is not a pause from life — it is the deep regenerative source of life.
The Art of Wintering 2026 is a mystical yet grounded 5-week journey that honors this sacred rhythm. Together, we will follow the moon, honor plants, and sit at the fireside hearth —each a guide, to help us move gently from stillness to creative emergence — from soul seeds to a clear vision for the year ahead.
This is winter not as endurance, but as a sanctuary.
The Art of Wintering includes guided mindfulness meditations, gentle yoga practices, and three ceremonies: An Imbolc ceremony, a Full Moon ceremony, and a ceremony to connect with the Cacao Plant Spirit as a heart-opening guide. We’ll share nourishing recipes that use food as medicine, and show you how to align this wintering energy with the moon’s phases—plus so much more.
We believe everyone deserves to experience the calming and illuminating benefits of mindfulness and self-care. Without winter rest, we may continue to be unaware or stuck in patterns and behaviors that aren’t supportive of our overall well-being.
This winter, we invite you to join us in regenerating your health and wellbeing.
How the program works
You’ll receive resources for each week’s activity to incorporate into your days as you choose. The program’s activities and schedule are flexible and adaptable to fit into a full life.
The material is specially designed to start with the first New Moon in January to help you open to the magic of each moon phase and become initiated into The Art of Wintering in your own way.
You’ll have access to this material forever, so you can continue to use these resources beyond the five weeks.
This program includes an in-depth library of videos, instructional booklets, and support throughout your five-week journey.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to attend every Zoom ceremony?
No. Everything is recorded and uploaded to the portal within 24 hours. You are welcome to take part live or watch the recordings on your own time. You cannot fall behind.
I’m new to spirituality / plant medicine / moon practices — is this still for me?
Yes. Everything in this program is gentle, beginner-friendly, and grounded. There is no pressure to “do it right.” Curiosity and comfort are more important than previous experience.
What if I’ve taken The Art of Wintering before?
Returning Winterers are warmly welcomed at a special reduced alumni rate. You’ll have access to the new 2026 portal and will continue to keep access to the year(s) you previously enrolled in.
Is this a therapeutic program?
This is an educational and mindfulness-based spiritual program rooted in nervous system awareness and seasonal rhythms. It is not a therapy group and does not replace medical care, but many participants find it deeply soothing and supportive.
How much time will I need each week?
Most women spend 1–2 hours per week — but there is no required schedule. Some only come to the ZOOM calls and feel content. Others savor every meditation and prompt. Your pace is your wisdom.
What if I can’t draw or write — will I struggle with Soul Cards?
Not at all. Soul Cards are not art projects — they’re intuitive storytelling through magazine or self created artwork images, symbolism and color. This process requires zero artistic ability and works beautifully for anyone.
Is there a refund policy?
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours after the first Zoom ceremony. After that time, because materials are fully accessible, refunds are not available.
