Autumn Refocusing


Autumn Refocusing is an opportunity to give yourself the gift of nourishing attention. By taking time now in Autumn to reestablish inner balance, reconnect to what is most important and strengthen your inner resources, your health and vitality through the winter months will be affirmed.

Using integrative health coaching strategies, in a comfortable small group home setting, we will provide a festive, enriched experience to manifest a detailed personalized wellness plan. 

Autumn Refocusing Details-
We will meet two times, once in the beginning of October and then again in November.

At our first gathering we will create success by providing time to mindfully recenter, reflect, and affirm what is needed at this time in your life; We will provide a detailed holistic plan for a three, seven or twenty one day autumn cleanse; The day will conclude with a savory vegetarian meal, using recipes from the cleanse, gluten and dairy free, organic, locally grown, seasonal ingredients. Nourishing conversation and fellowship will round out this delightful day of self-care.

At our second meeting we will celebrate our success and fortify our movement forward to sustain a self created revitalized way of living.

In between these two gatherings, we will each do our cleanses with additional inspirational videos and group support via a closed Facebook page.

In addition, each participant receives an hour therapeutic massage at East and West of the River scheduled at a date of their choice between the first and second gathering. 

Dates: October 7, 2017, November 4, 2017 11:00am- 2:00pm; plus an hour massage schedule at a date of your choice betweeen October and November dates.

Cost: $190, includes two meals, therapeutic massage, and detailed resources for cleanse

Cleanse details: 
Outlined program of your choice for a 3 day, 7 day or 21 day cleanse. 

Recipes emphasize the use of organic and autumn specific ingredients. Ayurvedic and Functional Medicine resources are woven into the plan. Special care has been made to simplify preparation and incorporate doing this cleanse while working.

Cleanse recipes are designed with the intention of eliminating potentially inflammatory foods such as sugar, gluten, and dairy. Healthy fats, spices, teas, herbs, and good-quality proteins are encouraged. Care was given to appeal to the senses and support your body's ability to detox without feeling deprived. Ayurvedic and Paleo principles are integrated into this cleanse. Vegetarian options also included.

Other program details- At the heart of this workshop our intention is to take you through a guided experience that will help you identify what you need and what may be holding you back from feeling your absolute best. Through interactive group explorations, individual contemplative activities, meditative movement, mindfulness practices, culinary meals, and other vetted self care resources, we believe you will feel uplifted, inspired and connected to a revitalized way of living by the end of our time together.
