Our daily lives are often busy and rushed, with little chance to catch our breath. This retreat provides an opportunity to align with the slower rhythm of winter, to dream and renew body, mind, spirit.
Using mindfulness stress reduction techniques and restorative yoga poses participants will be enriched by present moment awareness and guided to reconnect with what matters most to them. From this place of compassionate inner listening the day will culminate with each participant creating a 2016 vision map to harness and affirm their intentions. A nutrition lunch will be provided.
